Ordering:
When submitting an order, you (the customer) are entering into a contract with us (Terre Tea LLC., the supplier) to supply you with the items as described in the product details. This contact will become binding upon our acceptance of your order.
In the rare circumstance of the product you ordered not being available, we will contact you immediately to discuss the appropriate action.

Prices and Payment:
All prices are stated clearly, and are not inclusive of taxes and shipping.
All payments will be made via paypal (www.paypal.com) and will be subject to the buyer protection offered by that party.
Shipping Policy:
We ship USPS ground within the contiguous 48 states based on the price of your order. Alaska, Hawaii and the APO/FPO/DPO shipped USPS depending on weight and price of your order.
Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with your order, therefore will gladly accept any unopened teas or accessories within 14 days of receipt of order. We do not cover the cost of shipping the items.

If you have joined our mailing list, the email address you provide will not be passed on to any other companies and will only be used for the purpose stated, that is, infrequent emails about new products, news etc. You can 'opt out' by unsubscribing at any time. We will only add you to our mailing list if you 'opt in' during checkout or sign up. This information will not be passed to any other parties.
Terre Tea LLC will not contact you for any matter unless related to your order, unless you sign up for our mailing list.
All transactions with Terre Tea LLC. made are via Paypal, who provide trusted and secure online banking and payment systems. By using Paypal we have no direct access to any of your bank or credit card details. Only your name, delivery address and the email you provided during checkout are passed on.

Additional Details:
Clear pictures are provided to allow you to see the tea. However, please be aware that they are taken in close up.
Photographs taken are what we deem to be a clear representation of the product. Due to tea being a natural ingredient, no two tea leaves or ingredients will be exactly identical to the next. Therefore, we reserve the right to sell items with minor differences to the product photographs.
Please be aware that the colors displayed on our website we consider to be close renditions of the actual products. However they cannot be guaranteed 100% accurate, as this will vary depending on each individual computer's monitor settings.
