You don't have to be British Royalty to enjoy afternoon tea
The Duchess of Cambridge her mother-in-law, Camilla Parker Bowles enjoyed a garden tea party at Buckingham Palace. Tea time is an honored tradition brought to England in the 1600's. The Indian's and Chinese who were supplying the tea may have had similar traditions its really the English that brought this tradition to such popularity amongst the cream of society. A tea break with a colleague or a visit with a friend if only for a short while is a great way to break up a hectic day. The ritual of tea can come in something formal as in a tea service or in something simple with a mug of herbal loose leaf teas. So treat yourself to a cup of afternoon tea for the love of tea.
