You don't have to be British Royalty to enjoy afternoon tea

The Duchess of Cambridge her mother-in-law, Camilla Parker Bowles enjoyed a garden tea party at Buckingham Palace. Tea time is an honored tradition brought to England in the 1600's. The Indian's and Chinese who were supplying the tea may have had similar traditions its really the English that brought this tradition to such popularity amongst the cream of society.
